This is What a Feminist Looks Like

I discuss feminism in my zine "Abstract By Nature."  Get your facts right. Do your research. Start with my zine. If you are a humanist, you probably are a feminist. Order my zine from the esty link on  the side ------> Leave comments!  Thanks

LONDON RIOTS LIVE AND DIRECT

I'D RATHER GET THE REAL DEAL FROM THE YOUTH LIVING IT EVERYDAY INSTEAD OF SOME NEWS REPORT THAT WANTS TO PERSUADE THE MASSES TO THINK IN A MISINFORMED /MISGUIDED WAY. LOW INCOME FAMILIES ARE SICK AND TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED ALL OVER THE WORLD. HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS PASSIONATE AND PEACEFUL DEBATE? “Radical simply means ‘grasping things at the root’.” “We have to talk about liberating minds as well as liberating society.” -Angela Davis

Can You Handle It?

Thank you for reading my blog! This blog was designed for people to start a dialogue about events, ideas, themes and situations that are out of the norm. It is best to put yourself in as many uncomfortable situations so that you can learn from yourself and others. It is not about judgement, or religion, nor politics. I am not forcing you to believe my ideas. All of us have our opinions and no one is perfect. However, I am challenging you to let the discomfort linger temporarily. Think about  why certain feelings are surfacing and then let it go. At this very moment we need tolerance. The more we understand others, compassion grows. Humanity has already built too many walls based on miscommunication and ignorance. I want to build bridges of understanding and empathy. When we strip away all things we were taught and programmed to believe from birth, can we still make the best decisions for ourselves? Once we decide to do our own individual research through the human experience, will you

Sex Tourism in Jamaica

RENT A RASTA from cinepobre.com on Vimeo . Documentary on sex tourism in Jamaica: “When white women flock to Jamaica for a little fun in the sun, the R&R they’re often looking for is not “Rest and Relaxation” but to “Rent a Rasta” according to director J. Michael Seyfert.” The title really does not fit this film. However, I still enjoyed watching and learning from it.
