I should have been a flower with peddles plucked from the outside in. I'd be a scripted pattern of color-scented vulnerability. Or, I'd be a flower plucked  at the ripe time of significant beauty stuck in a crystal vase- sun kissed in a window ceil. Complexity  Dear Friends and Family, It's been a long journey but I am happy to share that my first poetry chapbook is moving forward and is soon to be released. We can only go within to find peace, tolerance and empathy. Racism has been embedded in the heads of many people in this world. It is passed down from generation to generation. There is far more residue lurking around corners as presented in recent news. We can not wait for authority figures to abolish this illusion. It is up to us.  It is time to be accountable and see all people as human beings who deserve dignity and respect.  Stereotypes lead to societal "isms." The term spiritual or religious is subjective and objective based on your upbringing. We can never assume or judge people on how much they know or don't know. Peace is the freedom to let others experience their own reality. The illusion that we have internalized is separation, judgement, fear, competition and hierarchy.We have to stop clinging to false identity and belief systems. On my journey I have realized one of the most profound things we can do for another human being is give eye contact and a smile. A human connection is what will make a difference through longevity. Life is a constant balancing act and it is important that we embrace the darkest corners of our mind. This is where survival, awareness and alertness meet us. We must be accountable of how we live our lives. Do you ever get sad because you constantly have this unsettling, discontent feeling? It reminds me of that commercial with the childrens control group.. "We want more, we want more!" I wonder...

Greetings loved ones, They say a mind works better when it is open like a parachute. In my journey of self discovery it is evident everyday that human bei ngs are more connected than we would like to think. On my internet sites I have people with different opinions which I value very much. However, it is truly interesting to sit back and observe this game of self gratification. There are those who make it their " responsibility " to harass, convert, and belittle people who go against the grain. Some of us never take into consideration that the "grain" will always be subjective and objective. Depending on your background we may never operate the same in two different cities, towns or countries. On the other hand,  chaos is a natural pattern and we can evolve from everything we are exposed to. Non conformity is the voice for the people who do not have one.
